Whether you're a parent, athlete, coach, or volunteer, you deserve communication that supports growth and unity.
To keep everyone connected, we utilize Sports Connectβs communication tools:

π Communication Chain of Command
To ensure questions and concerns are addressed effectively, please follow the proper chain of command:
- Team Parent β General logistics, reminders, snacks, and team updates
- Head Coach β Coaching questions, player development, and team-specific topics
- Team Athletic Director (A.D.) β Escalated concerns or ongoing team issues
- Commissioner β For issues that involve multiple teams or remain unresolved
- Chapter Athletic Director β For league-wide matters, player safety, or policy questions
- Vice President β Organizational or operational issues
- President β Final point of contact for any major, unresolved matters
β³ The 36-Hour Rule
We understand that youth sports can be emotional β for players, families, and coaches alike. In the event that an incident or concern arises that causes frustration, we ask all families to observe our mandatory 36-Hour Rule:
βPlease do not approach any coach, parent, staff member, or official in the heat of the moment. Allow a minimum of 36 hours to pass before engaging in any conversation regarding an upsetting situation.β
This pause allows time for emotions to settle, promotes respectful dialogue, and aligns with our values of integrity, unity, and perseverance.
